The loading/unloading vehicle management system is the core of the intelligent loading and unloading management system. It adopts the C/S (Client/Server) network mode. The entire system uses a two-level network layout. The first-level network uses Ethernet, and the server and operation station are connected and communicate through the TCP/IP network protocol. The second-level network adopts RS485 communication (modbus protocol)/Ethernet. The on-site batch controllers are grouped and connected to the upper computer operation station/server through Ethernet (with optical port switch) /RS485 communication (modbus protocol). The system consists of three parts: the upper computer system, the lower computer (fixed quantity loading control instrument), and the on-site instrument equipment.

■ Equipment Overview
The upper computer part includes: business operation station, server, operation console, communication converter (option), printer, switch and other related communication equipment. The operation station and server are high-performance workstations that are equipped with operating systems, databases, and loading/unloading monitoring and management software to achieve loading monitoring and business management. The system software interfaces are open to the outside It can be connected to third-party systems through data interface software.
