The quantitative loading instrument (lower machine, also known as "batch controller") is the core equipment of the distributed loading system. It is installed beside the crane position and has two working modes: local and remote. It is used in conjunction with on-site equipment such as flow meters, control valves, and anti-static overflow controllers to achieve functions such as quantitative loading management and monitoring of liquid materials, as well as data upload. And carry out safety interlock controls such as anti-overflow and anti-static grounding, thereby achieving precise, safe and environmentally friendly loading. The DLB series quantitative loading instrument is designed and produced by our company based on the latest electronic technology and years of experience in the filling control of liquid materials in domestic petrochemicals. It can be applied to the automatic loading and unloading control of solids, liquids, liquefied gas and LNG. The control mode can be quantitative control or online blending control. The loading and unloading carriers can be tank trucks, trains, ships, bottles and barrels, etc. The loading accuracy: ≤ the cumulative error of the flowmeter ±1‰. The core processor is imported in its original form. The display screen adopts an industrial-grade intrinsically safe touch screen. The keyboard uses Hall keyboard and supports three recognition modes: contactless IC card, ID card and QR code.
